RFID technology is a hot one at the moment, and there’s so much one can do with it!
But for now – let’s talk about ‘personalized welcome messages’ – In the pre event phase, send out an RFID badge to the guest (or give it to them at the check in/registration desk). All they need to do is tap the card to the rfid kiosk – and voila, a grand welcome message plays for them on a screen setup at the red carpet.
The message has their name and cute message to go along which you can pre program. This personalisation will leave a greater impact than some fake paparazzi taking their picture!
Who’s doing it in India? A little birdie (let’s call her google, haha) showed up several vendors in India – do a search for RFID Welcome Screens & you should be able to find someone suitable.
